Guy Tilston / Caddy

Guy started caddying at Sunningdale Golf Club as a teenager for pocket money. At 47 years old, he has been caddying professionally now on the European Tour for 27 years. He caddied for Eamonn Darcy in the 1987 Ryder Cup, when the Europeans beat USA for the first time in America. Since then he has won 12 times on the European Tour with different golfers. His longest partnership to date with Simon Dyson, whom he worked with for nearly 7 years and won with him 6 times. Guy has also worked and won in many team events including several Seve Trophies.Guy and I work together since the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth in May 2012. Since that time we have been able to enter the long-awaited tournament victory, the win of the Alstom Open der France 2012. Guy is a qiet guy and an excellent caddy for myself. He finds the right words for me in the important situations.

Günther Kessler/ Trainer

12 years ago I started working with Günter Kessler for the first time and apart from a 12 month break we haven't stopped since. Günter being the head trainer of NRW, he coached me during my amateur career and as I turned pro in 2000, Hummelbachaue in Neuss has stayed my training base.  Our cooperation and communication has become significantly more intensive in the last years. We are on the same wave line when it comes to the understanding of golf and that is very important for working together successfully.

Marc Roe / Trainer  „The Art of short game”

I actually met Marc Roe on tour as he was a player.  He was "much feared" for his excellent short game and now communicates his knowledge as a successful trainer.  In 2010,  I started working sporadically with Marc and because of his long explicit experience on tour he was able to give me more than a few tips to improve my short game.  Marc and I are quite similar, we are both emotional players.  Working with him is a lot of fun, he is always in a good mood and is very motivating.

Rolf Klöttschen / Physiotherapeut

In my last year as an amateur I had the chance to meet Rolf and worked with him shortly.  I didn't have much to do with fitness back then, so we lost contact.  In 2010 in Crans-sur SIerre we met again and decided to work together. In the meantime I have changed my opinion towards fitness and finally understood that it is vital for my health and golf.  What I have to say is that working with Rolf is a lot of fun even though he is very sergeant-like!!!  The success proves him right and that's most important.  So keep on sweating!!!

Country Sports Siem / Golf Management

My parents Heinz and Doris have been managing me for many years.  They have accompanied my amateur career and supported me from the very beginning.  As I turned pro I wanted to start up a management company, but it didn't work out as I had planned.  Then in 2005 I decided that my parents should take on the job.  I can trust their work and I know that they only want the best for me.  It's a good feeling to know that I can concentrate completely on my job.
